Beth travels to the south of France every year and chooses the most fragrant and beautiful lavender flowers that Provence has to offer. Learn about growing, harvesting, and creating with lavender!
Beth’s Lavender Lemonade Recipe
3 T lavender flowers (organic preferable)
1 cup sugar
2 cups water
2 cups lemon juice (at least 3 lemons)
4 cups water
Mix together lavender flowers, water and sugar and heat until boiling, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Continue on low boil for 8 more minutes with stirring. Cool this down well. Strain out the lavender flowers. Mix the cooled “syrup” with the lemon juice and water. Will be a beautiful pink color.
